Shipping Policy

All orders will leave the Konixx shipping facility within 2 business days of being received. 

The cutoff for each "business day" is 12:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Any order received after 12:00pm Pacific Time will be considered as being placed the next business day.

We recommend checking with USPS or UPS on their current quoted transit times for their services prior to selecting your shipping method. Orders ship from the zip code 90303. 

Total shipping time = carrier transit time + up to 2 business days. 

Konixx is not responsible for shipments delayed or lost by carriers.
